Communication with your users

When there are problems with GoStats it is very difficult to contact support.
When you have a scheduled outage you should send all that will be effected an email so we know what is happening rather than wait for the complaints and eventually send us some information.
This is something that is very frustrating to deal with.

Richard used to be very good in the support dept but lately he just doesn't seem to care and don't ever criticise or you will be totally shut off.
He had the best counter anywhere but had to make more changes that were not need and that seemed to be the straw that broke the camels back.
Now we have nothing.
But there is one solution. You might notice that many of the larger accounts are no longer on GoStats.

it is only good business to let your core group of users know what is going on.....feeling unimportant or forgotten isn't any way to run a business.

For some reason Richard doesn't seem to think about his users. That isn't the Canadian way of doing things What more can I say.
